At Dairing, we stand 100% behind our products (yarns, kits and patterns). All items purchased at Dairing carry a 14-day no questions asked money back guarantee. Providing goods are returned to us in their original condition and packaging, with labels intact, if you find there is a product you do not want, please contact us and we will assist you with the return of that merchandise.
We encourage our customers to inspect the contents of the package(s) as soon as the order is delivered to ensure that you have plenty of time to take advantage of the 14-day money back guarantee. We will be unable to issue any type of refund after the 14-day guarantee has expired.
Upon receipt of your return, it takes us around 15 business days to process your return and credit your account (depending on the case, this period may be longer). The credit will be processed against your original form of payment. We will contact you once your return has been processed.

Cost (registered post):
* for orders totaling up to 500 grams (including the satchel, that weighs 19 grams) – $11
* for orders totaling above 500 grams and up to 3 kilos (inc. rhe satchel, that weighs 19 grams) – $14
* for orders totaling $100 or more – free delivery
