Providing goods are returned to us in their original condition and packaging, with labels intact, if you find there is a product you do not want, please contact us and we will assist you with the return of that merchandise. We will be unable to issue any type of refund after the 14-day guarantee has expired. Upon receipt of your return, it takes us around 15 business days to process your return and credit your account (depending on the case, this period may be longer). The credit will be processed against your original form of payment. We will contact you once your return has been processed.
