This has a short clumping stem segments.

This plant is very cold hardy and does well in containers. . Be sure the soil is well drained and winter watering is kept to a minimum.

We cultivated outdoors, this species does appreciate full sun. During the summer months in hotter regions, this cactus is susceptible to sun burning.

Plants are shipped bare root, pot not included.
